SELECTED WORKS
I work with restaurants, chefs and hospitality groups on everything from major openings and marketing strategy to brand positioning, partnerships and ongoing communications. My role changes with each project, but the aim is always the same: to create a clear identity, find the right story and connect it with the people who matter.
SELECTED EXPERIENCE
My wider experience includes work with Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Nobu, Raffles London at The OWO, Brasserie Zédel, Sale e Pepe, Wild, Tern, and Freemasons at Wiswell.
Planning on opening, entering a new market or looking to give your hospitality brand a clearer voice?
EMELINA
West Palm Beach, US
I worked on the launch PR strategy for Emelina, an intimate, 18-seat Cuban-inspired chef’s counter in West Palm Beach.
The campaign drew on the chefs’ Cuban heritage and the restaurant’s modern interpretation of Cuban cooking, securing coverage in Bon Appétit, the Miami Herald, Palm Beach Post, Elite Traveler and South Florida Business Journal.
In 2026, Emelina was awarded a Michelin Star, becoming the world’s first Michelin-starred Cuban restaurant.
LOS MOCHIS LONDON CITY
London, UK
As Head of Marketing for Thesleff Group, I led the launch of Los Mochis London City, the group’s 14,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant and bar.
The campaign spanned brand positioning, strategic partnerships, press, influencer relations, social media and email marketing, building anticipation ahead of the opening and sustaining momentum afterwards.
JUNO OMAKASE
London, UK
While Head of Marketing for Thesleff Group, I also launched Juno Omakase, a six-seat Japanese–Mexican omakase experience hidden within Los Mochis Notting Hill.
We built anticipation through carefully selected partnerships, social teasers and targeted email communications, positioning Juno as one of London’s most intimate dining experiences.
